What is happening to my appetite actually ?

Ok... ok...

I know its been following me for a long time,

But what ?

Its getting worse these days ?

So I went to see doctor.. I mean..

DOCTORs..

Both Western and Chinese

But both gave me the same answer..

Its my heart sick.. ?? @@

Or could it be, anxiety ?

So here's what they gave me...

Western : Anti-anxiety Pills for two weeks..

Chinese : Some bitter herbs that needed to be boiled
(And yes, its super duper bitter !!!) @@

Results, Should I say still the same ??

Both of them said if it still doesn't cures,

consulting psychologist may be an option..

Well...

I hope I won't be stepping into that stage..

Unless I seriously can't cure at all..

My dad do gives me advices as well,

I know my parents are doing everything to cure me,

But , i would have to admit that,

Until now, it doesnt seems to make any difference,

Its because of nervous ?

Its because of Anxiety ?

If you ask me, I would still answer "I dono",

My appetite is fully depends on my mood,

If my mood is happy, I can eat whatever i want to,

If i'm worrying, anxious, nervous, moody,

I seriously cant ,

no matter how good is the food in front of me..

So thats the prob,

Will this means that I couldn't eat in front of someone that i admire?

Or should I say, those I fall into ?

YES, INDEED !!

There's one time my situation was so worse that

I feel like throwing out when I was having bath in the morning.

The feeling is horrible, its stress... I want it to leave me alone !

I knew I have to think positive,

And so I'm trying everything to Heal myself,

Sleeps & wakes up early ? (Balance my life)

Do exercise and gym? (Produce Endorphin)

Eats more chocolates? (It produce happy moods)

Eat Gingko, fish oils & Multi-Vitamins?

I'm still dealing with it right now..

In my situation now,

I knew I cant get into any relationship at all,

Its not the right time, and

I believe there's no one would accept

someone with this kinda Crazy Sickness I perhaps ?

Anyway, I will continue to heal myself !

Pray to God Lord Jesus Christ for Healing me !

NEVER GIVES UP in my life !!

And I always remember,
Life's Still Goes On, Life's Never Goes Backward..

And what my dad told me is true,

Success is not final, Failure is not fatal..
&
Lives in the present,
Which means, its now !! Not the past !

I want to stop thinking of the past !

I want to lives on !
